Two Seconds to the Moon
Two Seconds to the Moon earned the Jolly Lamas a nomination for "Best Local Recording" at the 1998 San Diego Music Awards, and another nomination in 2001 for best adult alternative album. This album also received attention from motion picture and television industries when the song "Yank My Chain" was featured in the indie classic The Others (1997) and the song "Football Hero" was performed on Late Night with Conan O'Brien.

he album 'Coming Back' by the Jolly Lamas released in 2005 was the Jolly Lamas second offering and completely written and produced in Ben's un air conditioned garage.. it featured 11 songs that soothed the soul and made your ears bleed.. all on one album. With numerous memorable tracks; Novocain, Better Part of Me, King of the World, Mary Jane and Smoke proved that the Lamas knew how to write even without lame record producers. The track 'Bring this Mutha Down' ended up as a featurette on the hit AE show 'Dog the Bounty Hunter'.
